The Montessori Mastermind is a 21st-century professional virtual community that connects principals like you to principals across the world to offer inspiration and support when it’s most needed in the day to day. Rather than the occasional professional development day where you’re given workshops to sit through–the Montessori mastermind meets regularly to ask questions and solve problems, network, and – most of all — find and give support from and to others in similar situations regularly.
Beyond the mastermind calls, members benefit from ongoing professional and personal development opportunities — including principal planning, co-working sessions, one-on-one coaching, and self-paced online workshops.
